Our Story:
J. Dawn Green, the founder of Dawn Desirable Melts Candle CO the goal is to effectively build long-term relationships with customers while consistently creating quality and creative candles. Starting the business in 2021 came from a conversation with my spouse at the kitchen table. We started to discuss our love for candles, and from our talk this led me to create my very own candle line. I started researching, attending classes, and group discussions which would further my knowledge about the world of candle making. Immediately, I began testing wax, scents, wicks, and vessels that would create the perfect candle. Initially, I thought this can’t be that difficult, but little did I know that math, science, and tons of patience would be needed. Making candles has been a creative process and I am very passionate about it. The satisfaction received by making candles is more than rewarding.
