• Please remove any paper dust covers on top of the candle • Please do not leave candle burning unattended. • Keep candles out of the reach of small children and pets. • Always burn on a heat resistant surface. • Do not touch or move candle with visible (liquid) hot wax. • Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, and ceiling fans to minimize smoking or a wick blowing out causing the candle to burn unevenly. • Make sure candle is completely extinguished and the wick no longer glows before leaving the room.

Our candles are meant to make a calm and unwinding environment. Once you light our candles, it can be utilized to alleviate, improve, or make the mood.

Refund and Return Policy
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless otherwise instructed to do so. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are not granted (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING POLICY
• Lead time is 5-6 days (including processing and shipping time)
• All items placed on Fridays will be filled on the next business day to prevent items from sitting in the postal warehouse for delivery. All issues with orders must be reported within the first 7 days of delivery. No shipping related damage returns can be authorized after this period.
